Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at luxverdeusa@gmail.com with your order number.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at luxverdeusa@gmail.com with a photo of the issue.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider. If you still have not received it, contact us at luxverdeusa@gmail.com for assistance.
